With over 25 years of experience in nursing and 15 years as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Angela Salerno brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, surgical precision, and aesthetic artistry to every patient interaction. Her passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin is the driving force behind Royale Aesthetics and Beauty.

Angela specializes in advanced body contouring, skin tightening, and hormone optimization therapies. Known for her eye for detail and results-driven techniques, she takes pride in creating natural-looking enhancements that help clients feel empowered, not overdone.

Whether she’s sculpting curves with 3DHD lipo, restoring confidence with FaceTite, or guiding women through life-changing hormone balancing, Angela is dedicated to providing a premium, personalized experience built on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Outside of Royale, Angela is a proud wife, mom, dog-lover, and outdoor enthusiast who finds balance in fresh air, quiet mornings, and a little sunshine by the pool.

Dr. Ivester’s medical journey began in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a flight medic and paramedic, gaining early trauma and procedural experience. His surgical skillset was first sharpened in emergency rooms and field deployments, where he performed complex wound closures and gained valuable reconstructive experience. After graduating Cum Laude from Presbyterian College in South Carolina, he earned both his Doctor of Medicine and PhD in Cardiac Physiology from the Medical University of South Carolina on a full scholarship.

Over the next two decades, Dr. Ivester built and led multiple hospital medicine programs, published over a dozen peer-reviewed medical papers, and completed three combat deployments as a critical care physician during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He is board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and Sleep Medicine—bringing unmatched depth to his practice.

Today, Dr. Ivester channels that experience into delivering safe, transformative results in the aesthetic world. He specializes in 3DHD body contouring, liposuction, and skin tightening— using advanced, minimally invasive techniques to permanently remove fat and sculpt the body with surgical precision. His mastery of anatomy and commitment to individualized care ensures results that are both natural-looking and dramatic. Whether restoring youthful contours or optimizing vitality through hormone therapy and regenerative medicine, Dr. Ivester’s approach is grounded in science, safety, and patient empowerment.
