Sculptra works in stages, so multiple sessions are required to build collagen gradually and create a balanced, long-lasting volume instead of an overfilled look.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Angie took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave honest, expert advice — the results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the space was. If you’re considering cosmetic treatments, I highly recommend booking with Angie. Forget fancy spas or overpriced gyms — this place is where you actually get your mojo back. Angie is the definition of “doctor goals”: brilliant, caring, and yes, an absolute hottie. Her husband? Equally awesome — the kind of guy who makes you feel healthier just by walking in the room. Together they’re basically the Tom Brady & Gisele of the medical world (but still married and way cooler). Thanks to them, I’m walking out feeling like a younger, stronger, better-looking version of myself.Posted on Google Coty RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. How Sculptra Fillers Are Done?
We begin with a free consultation to understand your concerns, facial structure, and desired outcome before treatment. Our board-certified doctor, Charles Ivester, uses injections to target the areas that need lift or volume.
We apply a topical numbing cream and often mix lidocaine with Sculptra, so most patients feel only mild pressure or slight pinching during the injections.
Sculptra does not work like traditional fillers, Unlike fillers like Juvederm or Restylane that give instant volume, Sculptra improves the skin slowly by naturally stimulating the collagen production of the body.
We focus on even distribution, so the results look smooth and natural. This treatment takes around 30 to 45 minutes, and people often return to normal activities the same day. However, mild swelling or bruising can be visible for a few days, especially in treated areas.
Sculptra On Face
Our face is often the first and most prominent area that shows signs of aging with wrinkles, fine lines and lost volume. We offer Sculptra fillers to add fullness in your hollow cheeks, fade the smile lines and lift the saggy skin. Sculptra is also effective for contouring your jawline and softening your temples. But Sculptra is usually not recommended for delicate under-eye areas, as this region requires different types of fillers for safe and precise results.
Apart from this, we also soften nasolabial folds, marionette lines and lift jowls so your face looks more defined. You can also get this treatment to improve the firmness and reduce crepey skin in the neck area.
Sculptra For Butt Lift And Body
We also offer Sculptra treatments for the buttocks to add volume, improve shape, and provide a lift.
Apart from this, you can get this biostimulatory filler to fill in the gap between your hip bones and upper thighs. Sculptra fills those inward-facing hip dips and provides you with a smooth curve. These fillers also tightens the saggy and wrinkled skin on the arms, thighs, knees and chest.
Sculptra Side Effects
People often face temporary swelling, redness, pain, bruising or itching at the injection site after the treatment. These temporary effects usually fade away within 1 to 2 weeks. But Sculptra can also cause serious complications if the doctor is inexperienced or doesn’t inject the filler properly.
These serious side effects are lumps, papules, nodules around the eye, vascular occlusion, and severe infections. Even though they are rare but, small lumps can also develop weeks or months after treatment.
However, when performed by an experienced aesthetician, like Dr Charles Ivester, the risk of serious complications remains low, as proper technique and facial anatomy knowledge play a key role in safe results.
Note: Sculptra does not migrate like some traditional fillers because it stimulates collagen within the treated area.
Sculptra Aftercare
You should follow the 5-5-5 rule, which means gently massaging the treatment area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day and for 5 days. This technique prevents the risk of lumps or nodules, so the fillers spread evenly. Apart from this, you can use ice packs for 15 minutes to reduce swelling or bruising within the first 24 to 48 hours.
You should also avoid intense workouts, alcohol, and excessive sun exposure for at least 24 to 48 hours to reduce swelling and support proper healing.
How Long Does Sculptra Last?
Sculptra fillers last for 2 to 3 years generally. Multiple factors affect their longevity, like age, skin condition, lifestyle, and the number of treatment sessions.
As the results fade over time, your face does not start to look worse. After this period, you can go for maintenance sessions which can help you preserve the improved volume and skin quality.
How Long Does Sculptra Fillers Take to Settle?
Sculptra usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to settle. You may notice a slight improvement in your skin firmness and texture. But the full results appear after 3 to 6 months.
