She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Angie took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave honest, expert advice — the results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the space was. If you’re considering cosmetic treatments, I highly recommend booking with Angie. Forget fancy spas or overpriced gyms — this place is where you actually get your mojo back. Angie is the definition of “doctor goals”: brilliant, caring, and yes, an absolute hottie. Her husband? Equally awesome — the kind of guy who makes you feel healthier just by walking in the room. Together they’re basically the Tom Brady & Gisele of the medical world (but still married and way cooler). Thanks to them, I’m walking out feeling like a younger, stronger, better-looking version of myself.Posted on Google Coty RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best Wrinkles Treatment
There is not a single best treatment for wrinkles because every person has different goals and skin types.. Botox and Dermal Fillers work best to restore the volume. Whereas the laser and energy-based treatments produce collagen to improve your texture and tighten your skin.
At Royale Med Spa, we assess your skin condition and the type of wrinkles before recommending any treatment. In many cases, our physician uses a combination approach to achieve balanced and longer-lasting results.
Remember: Treatment frequency depends on the type of procedure and how deep the wrinkles are. Botox needs repeat sessions every few months. In contrast, treatments that build collagen are done in a few sessions over time, so the skin improves gradually.
Botox As A Wrinkle Treatment
Botox is an injection that uses purified botulinum toxin type A to reduce muscle activity in targeted areas. It improves expression lines that form due to repeated facial movements, including forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet.
First, Dr. Charles Ivester, assesses the muscle activity and map injection points. Then, using a fine syringe, he injects small units intramuscularly at specific depths and angles. The dose varies by muscle strength and treatment area. The procedure takes about 10 to 15 minutes and requires no anesthesia.
Once injected, it prevents nerve signals from reaching the muscle by inhibiting acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. As a result, the muscle cannot contract fully, and so, the overlying skin smooths. Effects begin within 3 to 5 days and peak by 10 to 14 days.
What are the Wrinkle Treatments Besides Botox?
We offer ablative laser resurfacing, RF Microneedling, Quantum RF, Fillers (HA & Radiesse), and Scupltra to treat your wrinkles besides Botox. Some of these procedures focus on improving collagen production and look more natural compared to fillers.
Wrinkle Treatment With Laser
First, our doctor checks your skin and sets the CO2 laser to suitable settings. Then cleans the skin and apply numbing cream. The laser sends controlled heat into the skin. This heat removes very thin outer layers and creates tiny treatment spots in deeper layers of wrinkled skin. As a result, the skin starts a repair process and produces new collagen.
After the session, new skin forms on the surface, while deeper layers rebuild strength. Therefore, the skin becomes smooth and firm over time. Moreover, healing usually takes about 5 to 10 days. Redness can last longer.
Temporary erythema, edema, and mild skin sensitivity are expected after treatment. In some cases, micro-crusting or superficial peeling may also occur as part of the epidermal renewal process. These reactions resolve within the normal healing cycle.
Safety Risks Associated With Wrinkle Treatments
All procedures follow controlled medical protocols to minimize risks. However, improper settings or technique can lead to burns, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or uneven outcomes. Injectable treatments may rarely cause asymmetry or localized nodules if not precisely placed. Therefore, treatment planning and device calibration must be customised according to the skin type and problem.
But, here at Royale Aesthetics Med Spa, you are in the safe hands of Dr. Charles Ivester himself, who performs all the procedures and has years of experience in handling the complex cases.
Options Available If Results Do Not Meet Expectations
If the outcome does not fully meet your expectations, then we also have several options. Injection results can be adjusted during follow-up visits. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be enzymatically dissolved if required. Energy-based treatments are modified in subsequent sessions based on tissue response.
So, don’t worry, we will do whatever is medically possible to address any of your concerns.
Pre and Post Treatment Instructions
Patients should avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, and direct sun exposure for several days before the energy-based treatment or injections. In addition, blood-thinning medicines or supplements may increase the risk of bruising during injections.
Post-procedure care includes strict sun exposure. Patients should avoid heat exposure, intense physical activity, and active skincare products during early recovery. Proper post-treatment care reduces complications and supports collagen rebuilding.
Wrinkle Treatment for Under eyes and Forehead
Undereyes have delicate skin, so wrinkles develop easily as we age. Whereas facial expressions and muscle movement cause wrinkles on the forehead. These lines above the brows, dark circles, and hollow areas around the eyes become deeper and more visible over time.
We treat them with light fillers or laser therapies. These non-surgical methods restore the volume under the eyes and promote skin rejuvenation.
Wrinkle Treatment For Lips And Around the Mouth
These are commonly known as smile lines or smoker’s lines. They form due to volume loss and frequent muscle movement in this area. Our physician often recommends fillers, skin tightening or laser treatments to reduce these creases. These procedures maintain your natural smile without changing your features.
How to Get Rid of Wrinkles Permanently?
Some treatments provide long-lasting results, but wrinkles do not go away permanently. They appear even after treatments as you age and gain weight. After the procedure, our physician provides guidance on a suitable skincare routine to support healing and maintain results. Make sure to follow it for long-term benefits. These treatments themselves do not accelerate aging if discontinued. However, maintenance sessions are required because collagen loss continues over time.
